SKYBER 

A spacious, light and sunny cottage designed for 2 couples or a family of 4. Skyber has two large, separate bedrooms with double or twin bed options, and digital flat screen TV’s. The master bedroom includes an en-suite double shower room.

There is a modern kitchen fully equipped with oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and clothes washer / drier. The dining room has seating space for 6 and overlooks the garden. The lounge has comfortable seating for 5, a digital flat screen TV, DVD, video, CD & radio. The second bedroom and second shower room lead off the lounge.

Skyber has full central heating throughout.

There is a large, private and sunny garden and BBQ / dining out area in front of the cottage. There is private, off road parking for 2 cars nearby.

TIKKIDEW

Tikkidew is a great hideaway for a couple wanting not only all home comforts but also perhaps a romantic break and is popular with honeymooners. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, hob, large fridge /freezer, microwave, dishwasher and clothes washer / drier. The lounge has a flat screen digital TV, DVD, CD and radio. There are 2 dining areas in both off the lounge and in the kitchen. The large bedroom is upstairs in a galleried, open plan area and has a king size double or twin bed option.

Tikkidew has full central heating throughout and a great traditional log burner in the lounge.

There is a small terrace at the rear, and a private, sunny garden and BBQ / dining out area in front of the cottage. There is private, off road parking for 1 car nearby.

KELLYWYK 

Kellywyk has been converted from the old cider pressing room for Rowse. It is now a very cosy little retreat for 2 people wanting that real break, away from noise and modern day stresses. The cottage is petit, and has a large double or twin bedroom with a flat screen digital TV and an en-suite shower room. The lounge / dining area has seating for 3 people with a flat screen digital TV, DVD, CD, and radio. The kitchen is fully equipped with has an oven, hob, large fridge /freezer, microwave, dishwasher and clothes washer / drier.

Kellywyk has electric heating in all rooms.

Outside there is a large, private and sunny garden with a BBQ / dining out area. There is private, off road parking for 1 car nearby.
