St Mellion is an internationally famous golf and leisure resort set in 450 acres of really beautiful Cornish countryside, only 2 miles from Rowse's self catering holiday cottages. Now part of Crown Golf, St Mellion has had considerable investment in 2008/9 and is now a real 5 star facility that can be enjoyed by both serious sports enthusiasts and those who just want to relax with their families.

Golf

After a £20 million refurbishment completed in 2009, St Mellion now has 2 fabulous championship golf courses – the challenging Nicklaus, designed by Jack Nicklaus himself as one of only 3 ‘signature’ courses in England, and the Kernow, newly upgraded in 2009 and now a great complement to its tougher Nicklaus neighbour.
